Eric Friesth has 20 years' experience in program management, including extensive experience managing large-scale projects in various technical areas including adaptive management, water and sanitation, and governance. At Acute Incite, he manages contracts, finances, and provides technical assistance. He is a gifted facilitator and skilled in using adaptive management approaches including—but not limited to—co-creation, pause and reflects, after-action reviews, and community of practice facilitation. He has also supported clients in developing tools and resources for managing projects adaptively.
Nicole Helme is an international development professional with more than 14 years' experience in Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA) and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). Trained facilitator with experience leading small- to large-scale workshops (in-person, virtual and hybrid), facilitating donor-implementer stakeholder consultations, and designing multi-country knowledge sharing events.
