 Tegrin Averett is a licensed clinical social worker and wellbeing expert with more than 20 years’ experience working with individuals to reach their true potential. She has led multi-disciplinary crisis intervention health teams in the Department of Defense, worked with domestic and international NGOs, and currently coordinates a wellbeing telecoaching program for the Peace Corps that supports volunteers navigating complex intercultural environments around the world. She has experience co-creating responsive and adaptive staff-care programs and leads trainings on a range of wellness, resilience, and care coordination topics.   

Miryam Justo is a mission-driven master trainer and consultant with more than 12 years’ experience working with international organizations to support adaptive leadership and agile and responsive programs. A recognized expert in Intercultural Competence, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (ICDEI), she provides 1:1 and group coaching consultations to support multicultural teams often working in complex environments. She is a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).

 Stephanie Kleine-Ahlbrandt is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with more than 25 years’ experience in strategic analysis and international relations, where she has contributed to addressing some of the world's most complex crises while holding pivotal roles within the United Nations, the U.S. government, and prominent global non-profit organizations. She specializes in helping purpose-driven individuals and organizations navigate the challenges and opportunities presented by a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world. She is certified in Team and Organizational Coaching from ORSC and is also a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.  

 Sonny Luu is a senior management and organization development consultant with more than 30 years’ experience serving in peacebuilding operations with the Department of Defense and, more recently, the Peace Corps where he was a three-time Country Director. He combines his expertise in policy development and human resource management with insights in leadership and strategic communications. He has managed complex crises in nonpermissive environments and led organizational restructuring, contingency planning, and resource planning. He is passionate about coaching and mentoring mission-driven leaders.  

 Megan Mamula is a leadership coach and consultant with more than 15 years of experience working with USAID and its partners. She draws upon lived experience and learned insight from leading peacebuilding, political transition, and stabilization programs in more than 15 countries. She partners with purpose-driven individuals and teams to enhance their impact in complex environments through skilled facilitation and coaching.    

 Marie Pace is a leadership coach and strategic management consultant with more than 20 years of experience working with international NGOs, the UN, USIP, USAID and its partners.  She has extensive peacebuilding experience in complex conflict environments including Nigeria, Yemen, South Sudan, Burundi, and the Congo, affording her a distinct vantage point on the evolving nature of aid and adaptive management approaches. This experience allows her to offer practical, transformative insights into the core challenges and persistent problems leaders face when looking to evolve their ways of working and increase their impact. A gifted trainer, she excels at building robust and active learning environments and assessing and advising on conflict sensitive programming.    

Piers Bocock, with more than 20 years of experience in international development, nonprofit development, and community engagement, is a thought leader and innovator in international development, organizational learning, and adaptive management. His entrepreneurial vision and ability to inspire others have helped him create new partnerships, communities, methodologies, and organizations. He is the co-author of the award-winning book "Return on Knowledge: How international development agencies are collaborating to deliver impact through knowledge, learning, research and evidence." 

Tony Brown, with 26 years of public and private sector experience, is both a trusted advisor to executive management teams and a successful entrepreneur. He has spent the last 20 years advising and coaching senior leaders from government and industry to grow their organizations and achieve breakthrough results. Tony has worked with national security organizations across DoD, FBI, and DHS with an emphasis on identity management, biometrics, and military R&D. Concurrently, Tony has built 4 independent, community-focused small businesses. He understands intimately the challenges facing growing organizations and their leadership teams.
