 With over 25 years of leadership experience, Linda Nemec has successfully led and grown both large and small businesses. She developed a strong expertise in facilitation, strategic partnerships, and organizational learning. A skilled talent spotter and proposal writer, Linda is passionate about using data-driven insights to create meaningful collaborations and drive sustainable impact.   

 Eric Friesth brings two decades' experience in program management across diverse technical areas including adaptive management, water and sanitation, and governance. Currently oversees operations, while working closely with clients to develop tools, streamline processes, and manage projects efficiently and effectively in complex environments.    

  A skilled project manager and facilitator, Nicole Helme is experienced in designing and leading stakeholder consultations, strategic trainings, and large-scale knowledge-sharing events. She excels in co-creating engaging workshops, theories of change, and learning agendas. Fluent in English, with full professional proficiency in Spanish. 

 With a decade of experience in event and project management, Meredith Brown specializes in designing and executing in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Her expertise includes facilitation, strategic communications, marketing, knowledge management, and data analysis—ensuring organizations deliver impactful engagements and effective learning experiences.   

 Eleanor Bedford is an organizational development specialist and certified professional coach. A skilled facilitator, she has led co-creation processes to drive knowledge sharing, adaptive management, and innovation. Adept at navigating complex environments and supporting leaders to achieve results. Native in English, she has proficient in French.

 Elisa Dickey brings practical experience integrating and applying collaboration and learning to projects operating in complex operating environments. She is experienced in facilitating and supporting pause and reflect sessions, project design workshops, and multilingual virtual trainings. Fluent in English and Italian and proficient in French and Spanish.    

 Khuayboun Farzanda has more than seven years’ experience managing teams and designing, implementing, and adapting strategies to improve organizational efficiencies. He he has built high-performing cross-functional teams that drive measurable impact. Fluent in Arabic, Kurdish, and English. 

  Adnane Raiss is an experienced facilitator and monitoring, evaluation and learning expers known for mentoring local staff and partners. He has worked with various clients to design collaborative processes, facilitate regular data reviews, and operationalize lessons learned. Fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
