Client: Palladium
Acute Incite synthesized findings from 26 global initiatives and used these insights to design and facilitate a two-day global hybrid event on blended finance, attended by 150 participants from 48 countries. We also produced a learning brief and a summary compendium of key takeaways, challenges, and recommendations to help Palladium and its partners capture lessons and engage financial institutions more effectively.
Results: Helped Palladium elevate internal learning and position itself as a knowledge leader in blended finance.
Client: Multi-Donor Learning Partnership (MDLP) (including USAID, UNICEF, the World Bank, and others)
Acute Incite designed and facilitated a structured engagement model to support collaboration across 10+ global development funders. Our work helped senior leaders coalesce around a shared learning vision, build stronger working relationships, and sustain momentum through monthly webinars, weekly check-ins, and semi-annual strategic convenings.
Results: Strengthened alignment and trust across a diverse donor network, enabling more coordinated global learning efforts.
Client: Save the Children
We partnered to design and facilitate four in-person events (two in Washington, DC, one in Kenya, and one in Senegal) and 25 virtual partner meetings that brought together staff and partners across geographies. Acute Incite led strategy workshops, surfaced practical tools, and supported production of field-ready knowledge products. We also captured success stories and ghostwrote case studies, reports, and blogs—promoting tools developed by local partners and supporting peer learning through webinars and community engagement.
Results: Increased visibility of local partner innovations and enhanced cross-program knowledge sharing and engagement.
Client: Humentum
Co-designed and delivered a live, four-day virtual training on a semi-annual basis to support U.S. and local implementing partners in meeting USAID’s expectations in delivering its adaptive management approach and using data more effectively. The training blended clarity with practicality and was praised by participants for its relevance and accessibility.
Results: Equipped more than 100 participants with actionable skills to apply adaptive learning in real-time program contexts.
Client: Global Communities
Acute Incite guided staff and local partners in applying adaptive leadership and learning practices in agricultural supply chains in Syria’s complex and uncertain operating environment. Results: Positioned ROC as a credible voice in identity software and strengthened external engagement with clients, investors, and partners.
Client: DAI / USAID Digital Connectivity and Cybersecurity Partnership (DCCP)
Acute Incite provided strategic communication support for USAID’s flagship cyber and digital development program. We translated complex technical and policy work into accessible narratives for U.S. government stakeholders, the private sector, and global partners.
Results: Strengthened DCCP’s presence as a credible thought leader in digital development and cybersecurity.
Client: UNICEF
Acute Incite worked with senior leaders from three global operating units to align on a shared approach to adaptive programming. We conducted a rapid needs assessment—desk review, interviews, and focus groups—to understand readiness and perceptions. Insights informed the design and facilitation of an engaging virtual workshop that combined storytelling, peer exchange, and practical tools, linking adaptive programming to existing policies and initiatives.
Results: Developed a shared vision and approach to adaptive programming. Strengthened leadership alignment. Delivered tailored workshop with clear next steps for integration across systems and culture.
Client: DAI Global
Acute Incite partnered with Subject Matter Experts to convert a traditional in-person training into a dynamic blended learning experience. We transformed technical content into modular, multimedia formats—videos, live virtual sessions, case studies, infographics, and interactive polls—that were fully accessible (Section 508 compliant) and delivered via commercial and government Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms. We facilitated two customized, week-long trainings for distinct participant groups.
Results: Successfully converted complex technical content into an accessible, engaging learning experience; improved participant confidence and retention through highly rated, interactive sessions; built a scalable training model that can be reused or adapted across contexts and teams.
Client: ADRA International
Acute Incite partnered with ADRA to assess and enhance its SharePoint-based knowledge platform. We conducted a desk review, a survey across 10 operational units, and focus groups to identify user needs and system gaps. Using our portal maturity tool, we analyzed unit-specific intranet sites and delivered tailored recommendations and a phased action plan focused on content governance, user-centered design, and sustainability.
Results: Delivered an evidence-based assessment and tailored roadmap that equipped ADRA with actionable steps to increase platform usability, consistency, and relevance across units; laid the foundation for stronger knowledge-sharing culture and improved cross-unit collaboration.
Client: Global Communities
Acute Incite designed and facilitated an organization-wide capacity-building initiative focused on clarifying program logic and strengthening learning systems. We introduced a step-by-step business case methodology and provided ongoing coaching to nine technical teams, helping them translate strategy into action across departments. We also partnered with the internal monitoring and learning team to connect individual team strategies into a unified, organization-wide learning agenda.
Results: Developed technical team–level business cases grounded in real-world implementation. Created a high-level, shared business case to align cross-team efforts. Launched a coordinated strategy to drive continuous improvement and informed decision-making across the organization.
