Linda Nemec joins Acute Incite having previously served as the CEO of Partner4Growth - a consulting company, and is one of the co-founders of ESG PAR, which provides environmental, social, and governance (ESG) ratings and analyses for project finance. She has led and grown large and small businesses, and also expanded new divisions of companies. During her career in international development, Ms. Nemec has focused on solving development problems using innovative approaches to attract investment, create jobs, and improve people's lives. She uses her private sector and management consulting experience to incorporate private sector thinking into international development approaches.
Eleanor Bedford is a skilled facilitator, organization development specialist, and a certified leadership coach who has worked in over 30 countries for some of the world’s largest donors, NGOs, and government agencies. She was an early advocate for CLA, creating USAID/OTI’s Applied Best Practices and Coordination team in 2010. She is experienced bringing together previously stove-piped functions including design, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, continual context analysis, and staff development to support field-led innovation, action research and adaptive management. She has led organization development initiatives for dozens of public and private sector companies, USAID programs, and international NGOs, providing executive coaching services to their worldwide staff.
Eric Friesth has 20 years' experience in program management, including extensive experience managing large-scale projects in a variety of technical areas including adaptive management, water and sanitation, and governance. Provided strategic leadership for overall programming, which also includes grants under contract. A gifted facilitator and skilled in using adaptive management approaches including but not limited to co-creation, pause and reflects, after-action reviews, and community of practice facilitation.
Principal MEL Advisor Nicole Helme has 13 years of monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), collaborating, learning and adapting (CLA) and business development experience. She is a trained facilitator with experience leading large-scale pause and reflect workshops, after action reviews and theory of change design workshops.
Meredith Brown has 10 years of experience in event management and project coordination, with experience working as a government contractor in the information technology and services industry. She is skilled in in-person and online event planning, facilitation, knowledge management, marketing, and data analysis.
Elisa Dickey brings practical experience integrating and applying CLA to projects operating in complex operating environments such as the Democratic Republic of Congo, Sri Lanka, Kosovo, and Ghana. She is experienced in facilitating and supporting pause and reflect sessions, project design workshops, and virtual trainings in English, French, and Spanish. Elisa holds an MPA in international development from Princeton University and is proficient in Italian, French and Spanish.
Chris Collison is a world-renowned expert in KM and organizational learning. He is the founder of Knowledgeable Ltd, and author of "Learning to Fly" and “The KM Cookbook”.
He is a frequent collaborator on Acute Incite efforts involving KM Strategy, Communities of Practice and Facilitation.

Tony Brown, with 26 years of public and private sector experience, is both a trusted advisor to executive management teams and a successful entrepreneur. He has spent the last 20 years advising and coaching senior leaders from government and industry to grow their organizations and achieve breakthrough results. Tony has worked with national security organizations across DoD, FBI, and DHS with an emphasis on identity management, biometrics, and military R&D. Concurrently, Tony has built 4 independent, community-focused small businesses. He understands intimately the challenges facing growing organizations and their leadership teams.
