Training
Your people already know the work.
We make sure the tools don't get in their way.
We deliver facilitated training for teams that have to keep operating while they change. Not a lecture. Not a course catalog. Sessions built around the work your people actually do.
Available in-person, virtually, or hybrid.

Three shapes, not three steps
Which one fits depends on where your organization actually is — not on how much you're ready to spend.
Every engagement is scoped to you. If none of these is right, we'll say so.
Demystifier
One session · about ninety minutes · leadership team or full staff
Everyone in your organization already has an opinion about AI. Most of them have never been said out loud in the same room.
We surface what people are already doing unofficially, what they're avoiding, and where the real exposure sits. Nobody leaves with homework. Everybody leaves with the same picture.
Right when: the conversation keeps happening in fragments, and no one has said the whole thing out loud yet.
Agency in a Day
One working day · hands on real work
Your people don't need to be convinced. They need to have done it once.
Each participant leaves with something they built and can use on Monday — a working prompt for a task they actually do, their own line drawn on what stays human, and the start of a standard their team can follow.
Right when: people are convinced but stuck, and the gap is confidence rather than information.
Accelerator
Eight weeks · a team, with work between sessions
An operating standard that holds when you're not in the room.
Your team produces a written standard for their own work: what gets handed to AI, what stays human, who checks, and what happens when it's wrong. Scored against a published four-point rubric — so "good enough" means something specific rather than something felt.
Right when: the decision is made, and the problem is making it hold across more than one person.
What every engagement includes
Governance before rollout. We don't train people on a tool and leave the rules for later. Accountability structures come first — who decides, who checks, what happens when the output is wrong.
A published standard. Your team is scored against a rubric they can read before they start. No hidden bar. See the standard →
Tools they keep. The instruments used in session stay available to your people afterward.
Plain language. No framework worship. If we can't explain it to the person doing the work, it isn't ready.
Where the learning lives
Acute Incite works alongside theCommons Academy — the practical side of this work, built for people doing real jobs rather than for a classroom.
The tools your team uses in our sessions are published there: the FrictionIndex™, the HOZ™ Protocol Map, and the Enabling Conditions Workbook. So is the standard we score against — a four-point rubric, open for anyone to read before they start.
Your people keep access after we leave. That's the point.
